Summarize your purpose and/or mission statement:

Professional purpose from my website: "Dr. Trotter enjoys educating her patients concerning their diagnosis and treatment options. She has become known for her caring demeanor and professional attitude toward her patients. She enjoys a more conservative approach to foot care and commonly treats foot problems such as ingrown toenails, heel pain, thick toenails, orthotic therapy, and skin disorders."

Briefly describe your organization's activities:

I am a podiatrist and provide conservative foot care.

Sharing Christ through my business or ministry in the following ways:

I have Amazing Facts and Vibrant Life tracks in the waiting room. Generally I have Christian music playing in the office. More importantly, I share my belief in God through conversation and pray that I display Christian values in my dealings with my staff and patients.

My husband died of cancer several years ago. He had a shoe store adjacent to my podiatric office and many of my patients knew he was fighting cancer. I have built relationships with a good number of my recurring patients to the point of discussing life when they come in for assistance with their feet. As a result of these relationships and watching me go through the process of my husband's death, I have been able to share my faith in God through direct conversation. This past week an elderly patient's daughter started her conversation with, "I know you have a strong faith in God..." Praise God!
